Is this gambling?
Prediction markets are speculation, you're betting on short-term price outcomes. Binloops gives you tools to make that speculation data-driven rather than emotional, but it doesn't eliminate risk. You can lose money.
What is the ML model actually predicting?
Whether the market will go UP or DOWN in the next window for a specific asset. It outputs a direction and a confidence score (0.50–1.00) based on patterns in your indicator snapshot history.
How do I know the backtests are real?
Backtests run against real Binance 1-minute candle data with the same 1-bar lag as live trading, Bonferroni correction for multiple testing, and out-of-sample validation on the most recent data. As honest as we can make them but still historical, not guarantees.
What happens if a trade doesn't resolve?
If a trade stays unresolved for more than 2 hours it's marked stale and closed at $0 P&L. Rare.
What assets and timeframes are available?
BTC, ETH, and SOL on 5-minute, 15-minute, and 1-hour windows. Each strategy can trade any combination.
What do the kill switches do?
Safety rules that block trades before they execute: alternation ratio (blocks trading when the market is too choppy), min/max entry price (blocks trades outside your preferred price range), signal agreement minimum, and max concurrent trades. Configured in the risk settings panel.
